With the release of the next iteration of Microsoft Xbox 360's most popular racing series, Forza Motorsport, just one week away, the Forza Motorsport development team at Turn10 is hard at work promoting the game. As a part of the hype, Microsoft has released two new video featuring real race car drivers talking about Forza Motorsport. The first video features Takata Time Attack's own James Elterman describing how the Takata livery came to life through cooperation with Forza Motorsport players worldwide. Andre Guerrieri, who won the design contest, also shares his comments in the video. In reference to the video James Elterman said "Thanks for making the game Turn 10, and allowing me to be a part of the excitement. Thank you Avenue Films for making me look good. And thank you to the entire Forza Motorsport community!... I'll see you on Xbox Live." The second video features Le Mans driver Stephane Sarrazin describing the realism and accuracy of the game versus his real world experience driving the Peugeot 908. Shortly after Microsoft made the announcement that Forza Motorsport 3 was coming to Xbox 360 this fall, Turn 10 hosted a VIP party in Los Angeles to demo the game. The event was conducted in a large tent atop a parking garage. Inside the tent was justification for the garage setting; one dozen of the latest and hottest production cars. On center stage was the new Audi R8 V10. Other cars included a Subaru Impreza WRX STi, Ferrari California, Chevy Corvette Z06, and a Matte Black Lamborgini LP640. Amongst the beautiful cars were also more than a dozen demo stations, each with a large screen flat panel display to demo Forza Motorsport 3. DJ Skee and DJ Revolution both contributed to the soundtrack for the evening. The attendees consisted of representatives from many forms of media, race car drivers, and of course members of the T10 development team. Among the lucky few was Takata Time Attack's own James Elterman.
